FAQs
Why are you a hybrid practice model?
The majority of success, whether we’re dealing with injuries or performance training, comes from the client willing to put in the work and the coach guiding the process. The important stuff like goal setting, defining success, framework building comes from the conversations and relationship between the two individuals. A hybrid practice model frees up the client to get the work done primarily on their own schedule, while still maintaining and strong and consistent line of communication with the provider. Each scenario is unique, however, which is why in-person sessions are also offered.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance companies are constantly moving the goalposts. What gets reimbursed, how much it gets reimbursed for, and what happens in the event of an insurance denial all get factored in to how providers work to keep their businesses afloat. Ultimately, those financial considerations get factored into the cost of their services. Rather than itemizing everything we provide, we believe our services should be priced for the value you receive as a whole.
How would Legacy’s practice model benefit me?
Because we give you all of the tools and guidance you need to get better, you do not have to rely on scheduling (and attending) weekly sessions to improve. You will be given a program that actually makes a difference in your physiology, coaching on how to mentally and physically approach and recover from your training, and guidance on when and how to progress. If you are a busy individual with not a ton of free time to spare, Legacy Performance & Rehab is perfect for you.
How long will I need to work with you?
It really depends on your current situation and your goals. Even if you have a very straightforward circumstance on paper, recovery times vary from person to person because our bodies and life circumstances are all different. We offer different monthly packages for this reason and we vow to give you an honest assessment after having a complimentary discovery call with you.
Do you only work with athletes?
Absolutely not. While we work with a multitude of athletes and sports, our expertise can help anyone. The only prerequisite is that you are willing to be an active participant in your own change.
